As of September 1, 2025, the facility will be reopened for use.
The building will house a dormitory operated by Public General Secondary School No. IX named after General Władysław Andres in Opole, as well as the “Sokrates” dormitory for students of Opole University of Technology.
It is a 4-story building.
It consists of:
- Modules (2 rooms: a triple room and a double room sharing a bathroom)
- Rooms furnished with standard furniture; each room has a fridge-freezer
- Each floor includes:
- Shared kitchens equipped with induction cooktops
- Laundry rooms with automatic washing machines and dryers
