A resident who plans to host a guest in their room must inform the dormitory manager by email at least one day in advance.
The notification must also include the consent of all roommates for the guest’s stay.
A resident is entitled to:
- Two free overnight stays per semester in their room for visiting friends,
- Four free overnight stays per semester in their room for parents, siblings, or a spouse.
After using the free overnight stays, and during the summer break, guest accommodation in the resident’s room is subject to a fee.
The daily fee for hosting a guest in a student’s room is 40 PLN.
The accommodation fee is subject to VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.
