Accommodation in a student dormitory is granted for the duration of the academic year. Returning students, international students in subsequent years of study, and doctoral students in subsequent years of their doctoral program submit applications via the Ankieter application.

First-year students of Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, as well as uniform Master’s programs, submit their applications through the IRK recruitment system.
In the application submitted via Ankieter or the IRK system, applicants must provide their monthly income for 2024, calculated per family member.
Calculation of income per family member:
To determine the average monthly income per family member, all taxable (based on the annual PIT declaration) and non-taxable income must be included, such as:
- The “800+” benefit
- Income from agricultural activities
- Doctoral scholarships
- Social scholarships
- Income from all sources of individuals living in the same household
Income sources include:
- Employment, pensions, disability benefits, civil contracts, and other sources – income reduced by social security contributions.
- Business activity taxed under general rules or flat-rate taxation – income reduced by deductible expenses and social security contributions.
- Business activity under lump-sum forms (tax card or registered lump-sum) – the income is considered no lower than the minimum specified in the official notice of the Minister of Family, Labour, and Social Policy for the given year, corresponding to the paid tax (tax card) or achieved revenue according to the applicable lump-sum rates.
Lists of students granted accommodation by the dormitory committee are published on the dormitories’ website:
- By June 11 for returning students, international students in subsequent years, and doctoral students in subsequent years of the doctoral program.
- By August 20 for first-year students of Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, as well as uniform Master’s programs.
