This is a 5-story building, rebuilt in 2015.
It consists of:
- 56 modules (2 double rooms sharing a kitchen and bathroom)
- 10 double rooms with a kitchenette and bathroom
- 4 single rooms with a kitchen and bathroom
- 2 rooms for students with disabilities, each with a kitchenette and bathroom
Rooms are furnished with standard furniture; kitchens are equipped with cabinets and household appliances.
Each floor has a shared laundry room with automatic washing machines and dryers.
The dormitory also features a bicycle storage room, a quiet study room, and is equipped with a passenger elevator.
Additionally, the dormitory houses a Student Psychological Support Center.
